Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our team. This role requires an individual who can serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensure smooth communication, handle concerns effectively, and strengthen long-term business relationships that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between Mugshei Pvt Ltd and its clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, design, and operations) to deliver quality solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and feedback.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize client value.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and share insights with management for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service (packaging or e-commerce industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a client-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
