About the role:
Market Leader is looking for a leader to manage and own the success of current and new customers.
The Account Manager’s role is to help drive a high level of customer satisfaction, product adoption and customer retention. The role will be responsible for Market Leader’s customer base, focused on customer lifetime value and revenue retention. You will be responsible for inbound churn requests (call/e-mail) via queue for all customers, reaching out to new customers, as well assisting with collecting outstanding balances. The role is a revenue role with monthly Gross Revenue Retention targets and provides variable compensation based off these monthly targets. Account Managers at Market Leader own the entire Market Leader customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Retention & Revenue Management

Own and manage cancellation inquiries from all customers.

Retain customer revenue in line with defined business goals and GRR targets.

Follow a proven playbook to handle objections and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Customer Engagement
-
Execute a customer communication and engagement strategy through scheduled calls, demos, and follow-ups.

Act as a partner to the Sales team, reinforcing the value proposition throughout the customer lifecycle.

Professionally handle disputes to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
Product Knowledge & Problem Solving

Understand the key challenges faced by real estate professionals.

Effectively articulate how Market Leader’s platform addresses their business needs, especially around lead generation and pipeline management.

Proactively provide internal feedback to improve the customer experience and resolve concerns with urgency.
Team Collaboration & Case Management

Collaborate with team members to handle client requests or cancellation cases.

Successfully resolve any cases assigned by Management.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
