Job Overview

Horti Club is hiring a Retired Brigadier (Pakistan Army, retired between 2022–2025) to serve as General Manager – Lahore. The position requires a disciplined and strategic leader to manage operations, oversee ongoing landscaping projects, and secure new business opportunities in both hard and soft landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all business operations in Lahore.
• Ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects with high-quality standards.
• Identify and acquire new projects to expand company operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, engineers, and teams.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Represent the company in official meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
• Develop strategies for sustainable business growth and organizational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be a Retired Brigadier (Pakistan Army), retired between 2022–2025.
• Strong leadership and administrative background with proven management skills.
• Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in handling large-scale operations or projects (construction/landscape-related experience will be an advantage).
• Based in Lahore or willing to relocate.
