BD Executive Roles and Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive, you play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving the growth of our medical billing services. You are responsible for identifying new opportunities, building meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate our value. Through your strategic outreach, persuasive communication, and deep understanding of the industry, you help position our company as a trusted partner for doctors and medical practices.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
o Conduct market research to target independent clinics, group practices, and specialty providers.
o Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking.
· Engage with doctors and practice managers to promote our medical billing services.
o Present tailored solutions based on the prospect's billing challenges and needs.
o Educate potential clients on the financial and operational benefits of outsourcing.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
o Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and manage long-term engagement cycles.
o Act as a trusted point of contact to support onboarding and ensure satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure seamless lead conversion.
o Align messaging and timing of campaigns to support outreach goals.
o Provide feedback from prospects to help refine service offerings and strategy.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o Track performance against goals and adjust outreach tactics as needed.
o Participate in regular reviews with leadership to report progress and challenges.
· Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to represent the company.
o Build credibility in the medical community through strategic visibility.
o Leverage industry connections to generate new business leads.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
o Customize pitch decks and documents to match client needs and concerns.
o Clearly articulate ROI, compliance advantages, and operational improvements.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.
o Use CRM tools to log calls, meetings, and deal stages.
o Ensure data integrity for forecasting and reporting purposes.
Employment Status:
You will be employed on a full-time basis, your initial employment will be probationary (3 months), subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our company’s policies and procedures.
Working Hours:
Your standard working hours will be 6 PM to 3 AM PST, Monday through Friday.
Other working hours will be scheduled with advance prior notice in a timely manner. (Flexibility based on special conditions)
Reporting Structure:
You will report to respective lead/manager who will provide guidance and support in your role.
