Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship to support our sales and marketing team. This role involves engaging with existing clients to maintain strong relationships, assisting in generating new leads, and supporting marketing activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management
• Act as the first point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage client communications, respond to queries, and coordinate service requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Support & New Business Development
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales team with lead generation.
• Conduct follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
• Support the preparation of presentations, sales documents, and contracts.
• Marketing Activities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
• Manage and update social media platforms and website content.
• Create marketing materials (brochures, case studies, newsletters) in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Administration & Reporting
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client activity, and marketing outcomes.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (security industry experience preferred but not essential).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
