Customer Service Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

We are hiring a Call Center Representative to provide customer service and after-sales support for our generator division. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Assist customers with information on after-sales services, SLAs, spare parts, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for timely resolution of client issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.

Location: Gulberg and DHA Raya
Work Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
