What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speaking with UK-based customers over outbound calls
• Listening carefully to their needs and concerns
• Providing accurate information using pre-set scripts
• Playing rebuttals to handle objections smoothly
• Transferring eligible calls to the next qualified team
• Meeting daily/weekly call and performance goals
• Staying professional, polite, and performance-focused at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English (listening + speaking)
• Confident, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work UK shift hours regularly
• Basic computer skills
• Sales or call center experience is a plus, not a must
• Punctuality, performance mindset, and eagerness to grow
