This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves accurately documenting customer interactions, collaborating with other team members for problem resolution, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and using software relevant to the role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
