Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM

About the Role:

Fairways Logistics is hiring Call Center Representatives for our night shift operations. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls related to logistics. We’re looking for confident communicators who can resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and shipment confirmations
• Provide accurate info on logistics and services
• Address complaints professionally and escalate when needed
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for smooth operations
• Stay updated on company policies and services

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or call centers (US/Canada clients is a plus)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with night shifts at our DHA Phase 6 office
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
