Call Center Representatives

Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking motivated and confident Call Center Representatives to join our outbound sales team. This is a full-time, night shift position based in Lahore. The role involves making outbound calls to international clients (primarily in the US) to promote digital marketing services, including SEO and PPC.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to international leads and clients
• Promote company services including SEO and digital marketing
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up on prospects to close deals
• Provide timely and professional customer service
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Matric / O-Level
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree (not mandatory)
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Prior experience in international outbound sales is a plus
• Experience with digital marketing sales (SEO/PPC) is preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong English skills are welcome to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Additional Details

• Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Location: Office No. 402, Al Hafeez Shopping Mall, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore
• Work Type: On-site only (This is not a remote role)
