Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Reprentative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service through emails and phone communication.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging industry.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through consistent follow-ups and communication.
• Handle client inquiries via email and phone calls, providing timely and accurate information.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information as per client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong understanding of packaging products, market trends, and competitors.
• Maintain CRM records, reports, and client databases accurately.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in the packaging industry is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
