Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Ahlam Horizon Immigration Consultancy. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing accurate information about our immigration and visa services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce immigration services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide clear information about visa and migration programs.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and convert leads into successful clients.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Schedule appointments for interested clients with senior consultants.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
  • Keep updated knowledge about immigration services, visa categories, and company offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School / Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu, English, Pashto.
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
