E-commerce Expert (Textile Industry)

Textile City Inc is well renowned company providing home textile products from more than 30 years.

We are looking for E-Commerce Expert for Canada and US markets.

• Location: Garden Town (Onsite)
• Job Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM
• Experience Required: 4–6 years in E-commerce marketplace management (Textile / Home Furnishing preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Expert to manage and grow our online textile business across platforms such as Walmart, Wayfair, and others. The role involves handling end-to-end marketplace operations, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords, and images) on Walmart, Wayfair, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and inventory management across platforms.
• Monitor orders, returns, and claims, ensuring timely coordination with warehouse/logistics teams.
• Track and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and marketplace insights to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and handle account health metrics.
• Research competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategy.
• Coordinate with design/merchandising teams for new product uploads and catalog expansion.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce operations on Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon, Facebook or other major marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace SEO, product catalog management, and data feeds.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Strong coordination skills with operations, design, and supply chain teams.
• Textile / home furnishings experience is a big advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with bulk product uploads (Excel/CSV, API feeds).
• Understanding of digital marketing basics (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP/inventory management systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
