Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to support our rapidly growing E-Commerce division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, while aligning HR practices with the fast-paced requirements of the e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce teams, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with company culture and compliance requirements.
- Oversee performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal cycles tailored to e-commerce operations.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
- Provide HR support for cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, customer service, and logistics.
- Advise management on talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to e-commerce, retail, or digital businesses.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software/HRIS systems and MS Office tools.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
