Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning: Developed and executed HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals and BPO operations, including talent acquisition, employee retention, and workforce planning.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Led the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments (dispatch, customer service, tech support, etc.), including high-volume hiring. Streamlined onboarding programs to ensure rapid assimilation of new hires in a fast-paced environment.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Acted as a bridge between employees and management to address grievances, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture. Organized engagement activities and feedback sessions to boost morale and reduce attrition.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Designed, updated, and implemented HR policies in BPO-specific requirements such as night shift protocols, leave management, and attendance tracking.
REQUIREMENT:
- A-Level preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in the Human Resources (HR) field is required.
Salary: Up to RS. 100,000.
Timings: 3:00 PM- 12:00 AM
Location: Johar Town, Opposite Emporium mall, Lahore.
