HR Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management & Development
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Lead end-to-end hiring process: job postings, screening, interviews, and final selection.
  • Develop talent pipelines for roles across marketing, design, development, and operations.
  • Conduct onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the team.
  • Performance & Policy Management
  • Implement performance review systems (KPIs/OKRs).
  • Draft and enforce HR policies (attendance, leave, workplace conduct).
  • Monitor and improve employee productivity.
  • Compliance & Admin Support
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws (Pakistan & UAE where applicable).
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational structuring.
  • Manage payroll coordination and staff benefits in collaboration with accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven HR management experience (agency/tech/startup experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan (UAE knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software/ERP tools (ClickUp, Bitrix, or similar).
