HR Manager

Role Overview
As an HR Manager at Growork, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and the ability to create HR strategies tailored to a collaborative coworking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Design and oversee performance management and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support community-driven initiatives and team-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR management experience (coworking, hospitality, or service industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • A people-first mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
