Female Office Administrator/HR Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a female professional with excellent organizational and people management skills to handle office administration and HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure all activities run smoothly.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize meetings, keep records, and prepare documents.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and visitors professionally.

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment, staff onboarding, and HR records.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Implement HR policies and maintain employee relations.
  • Support management in performance evaluations and staff development.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in office admin or HR role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, email, basic HR software).
  • Knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
