Position: HR Intern Leading to Job

Job Location: Gulberg, Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite Not Remote)
Work Schedule: Full-time | 10:00 PM 09:00 PM PKT

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to oversee all aspects of human resources in a generalist role. The ideal candidate should have strong data analysis skills, excellent English communication good HRM Knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Executing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting Using HR metrics to generate reports on employee turnover, recruitment, performance, and compensation trends.
  • HR Systems Management: Managing HRIS (e.g., Manatal, MS Dynamics, Workday, Bamboo, Oracle) and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assisting in payroll and benefits administration
  • Employee Engagement: Assisting in employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors/master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Degree in HR shall be preferred.
  • Good command on data analytics and tools like Excel, Bi.
  • Strong knowledge of all HR functions.
  • Strong Critical thinking and problems solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is compulsory required.
  • Excellent Emotional Intelligence and Persuasion skills.
  • Flexible and committed to work extra hours without any problem and compensation.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support leadership in HR strategy execution.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
