We are currently seeking a Assistant HR Officer to join our team. The incumbent will play a vital role in managing various human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience working.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
2. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
3. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Support the performance management process through monitoring and documenting employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and recommending necessary actions.
6. Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll processes.
7. Address employee queries and concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
8. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
9. Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Assistant Officer.
2. FA, BA or a related field.
3. Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
