HR Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR policies, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping up to date with employment regulations.
  • Handle payroll processing and assist with HR-related financial matters.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
