Responsibilities

Maintain HR systems, processes, and data related to technology initiatives.

Administer compensation and benefit plans

Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues and identify solutions.

Identify and develop opportunities to improve the efficiency of HR processes
-
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
-
Conduct employee onboarding
-
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
-
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
-
Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology systems and tools.

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
-
Undertake tasks around performance management
-
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
-
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
-
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
-
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
-
Prepare and present HR reports
Qualifications
-
0 – 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
-
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
-
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
-
Excellent communication and people skills
-
Good Analytical and problem solving skills
-
Must have a results driven approach

Bachelors in Business administration or relevant field
