HR Manager

Full job description:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail oriented HR Manager to join our growing team in Lahore. You’ll play a key role in supporting our people-first culture while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and policies.
  • Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage day-to-day HR queries from employees.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and internal events.
  • Coordinate with department heads for HR-related requirements
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and monthly summaries.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role (preferably in a corporate or fast-paced setup)
  • Familiarity with labor laws, HR software, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
