HR Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Expert to join our Human Resources team. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for people management and organizational development, who wants to grow their career in HR. You will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Working closely with senior HR professionals, you will contribute to building a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
• Support the administration of payroll, attendance, and leave management.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
• Support performance review processes and provide data for reporting and analysis.
• Help in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in an HR role (internship or entry-level experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• A proactive, people-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
