Accounting Manager

Position: Accounts Manager – (Night Shift, USA Timings)
Location: Walton Road, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift – Aligning with USA Business Hours
Industry Preference: Multinational / Manufacturing Sector

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Accounts Manager for our client who has strong expertise in Odoo ERP and proven experience in managing accounting operations within multinational setups, preferably with exposure to USA-based clients or the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance function, leading the accounts team, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Lead a team of accountants, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using Odoo ERP.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international accounting standards.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate with the USA-based head office and other international stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors as required.
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, including sales tax, withholding tax, and other applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CIMA qualification is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 2.5–3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing an accounting team.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (must be comfortable communicating with USA-based stakeholders).
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shift according to USA business hours.
