HR manager for Ecommerce Business

Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for an HR Manager at Selling United Ltd. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions in the company, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and Social Media Management. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing Social Media platforms. The HR Manager will also play a key role in facilitating training and development programs, as well as handling conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Relations skills
• Performance Management and Training & Development skills
• Knowledge of Social Media Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a Must
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a Plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
