Customer Support Representative for Shopify StoreResponsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
Process and manage Shopify orders, including tracking updates, returns, and exchanges.
Follow up on abandoned carts to maximize conversions and recover sales.
Manage product inquiries, stock updates, and availability information with accuracy.
Proactively call customers to address complaints, resolve issues, and enhance satisfaction.
Reach out to customers to collect product reviews and feedback for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with logistics and courier companies to ensure timely deliveries, pickups, and returns.
Verify courier remarks and ensure delivery reattempts happen without unnecessary delays.
Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring all queries and complaints are resolved efficiently.

Job Details:
Office-based role – No remote work.
Location: 1-D Mian Center Protees Office Nawab Town Raiwind Road Lahore
Timings: 11 AM - 7 PM
Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000 PKR (Flexible for candidates with 2+ years of CSR experience, with the potential for a higher offer based on skills and expertise).
