Attornea is Pakistan’s first digital legal platform, offering a wide range of legal and consultancy services—from court representation to tax filing, company registration, intellectual property, and student/immigration consultancy. Our mission is to simplify access to reliable legal help using smart tools and professional support.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative who will be the first point of contact for clients reaching out to Attornea via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and the website. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer experience by guiding clients professionally and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
  • Guide clients about Attornea’s services including legal consultations, document drafting, student visa support, immigration services, and more.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by handling issues, complaints, and queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Accurately record and document client information and queries in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with legal and operations teams to follow up on customer cases or queries.
  • Provide support in scheduling consultations and follow-ups with relevant departments.
  • Assist in maintaining a knowledge base of FAQs and client concerns for internal use.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and proactive communication with potential and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or client service roles. Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Urdu and English.
  • Good command of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic CRM tools, and professional messaging.
  • Pleasant personality, patience, empathy, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Basic understanding of legal or consultancy services will be a plus.
