Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Calling Representative to join our team at Nomads Tech. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to pharmacists and other key decision-makers within the UK market. Your goal will be to introduce and promote our pharmacy-based product through effective and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Make outbound calls to pharmacists and key decision-makers within the UK pharmacy market and make leads to promote our Product/Service.

⦁ Convert customers into Leads.

⦁ Follow provided scripts and pitch our pharmacy-based product.

⦁ Establish rapport and build a relationships with decision-makers to foster interest.

⦁ Maintain call outcomes and update the CRM system accordingly.

⦁ Meet daily/weekly call and outreach targets.

⦁ Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service throughout all calls.

⦁ Provide feedback on script to the team to improve sales target.

Requirements:

⦁ Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (preferably for UK/foreign markets).

⦁ Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

⦁ Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

⦁ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

⦁ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

⦁ Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Note: Communication skills in English must be very fluent.
