National Sales Manager

Position Overview

This role entails leading NSM responsibilities within the beverage sector—driving sales growth, building key account relationships, and orchestrating national strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans covering key accounts and national channels.
  • Forecast and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Monitor receivables and ensure adherence to defined credit terms. Indeed
  • Negotiate profitable margins and optimize trade spend across your portfolio.
  • Apply expert commercial and technical understanding to customize and deliver appropriate beverage solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity; present and monitor sales metrics effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Business, or an MBA.
  • 10-15 years of commercial or sales experience within the beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in key account management and customer engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical proficiency for margin control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; CRM software usage preferred.

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
