Sale Manager (Local Sales - Soap Noodles)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our local sales efforts and drive growth in this critical sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for soap noodles in the local market.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and potential new customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically within the chemical, oleochemical, or related industries with minimum bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market for soap noodles, including key players, pricing, and distribution channels.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs350,000.00 per month
