We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our local sales efforts and drive growth in this critical sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for soap noodles in the local market.
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and potential new customers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to senior management.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically within the chemical, oleochemical, or related industries with minimum bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market for soap noodles, including key players, pricing, and distribution channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently.
