Travel Agency Staff Required

Job Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international flight bookings through GDS platforms, providing accurate travel information, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires proficiency in reservation systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings via GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding fares, routes, schedules, and travel requirements.
• Process changes, cancellations, and special service requests according to airline policies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of airline promotions, ticketing rules, and IATA regulations.
• Upsell additional services such as hotel bookings, travel insurance, and airport transfers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure all bookings and payments are recorded accurately in company systems.
• Liaise with airlines to confirm reservations and handle exceptions.

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air ticketing (fresh graduates with GDS training may apply).
• Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
