Visit Visa & Umrah Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Visit Visa & Umrah Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visit visa applications (Schengen, UK, USA, Middle East, Asian countries) and Umrah package bookings, ensuring smooth processing, excellent guidance, and top-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle visit visa applications, documentation, and submission for multiple countries.
• Guide clients about visa requirements, policies, and interview preparation.
• Manage Umrah package bookings (visa, tickets, hotels, transport, ziarat).
• Provide accurate information about packages, itineraries, and travel plans.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for reservations.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Keep updated with immigration laws, airline policies, and travel trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa consultancy / Umrah services (preferred).
• Knowledge of international visa processes (Schengen, UK, USA, Middle East).
• Experience in Umrah bookings & travel arrangements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Urdu).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle clients professionally with patience and problem-solving skills.
