Immigration Consultant

HOF Migration is expanding its team and we are looking for top sales talent to join us as Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for high-performing sales professionals who are passionate about helping people start a new life abroad and have a proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and proactively follow up to convert them into paying clients
• Conduct consultations to assess clients’ immigration needs and recommend the most suitable migration pathways
• Present tailored proposals, clearly explaining the benefits, process, and costs
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain deep knowledge of immigration programs to give accurate guidance (Canada, Australia, UK, EU, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive referrals and renewals
• Update CRM with all client communications and status
• Collaborate with the processing team to ensure a smooth transition after contract signing
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• We’re looking for top performers with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales or similar B2C sales role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Strong knowledge of various immigration programs
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
