About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. If you're passionate about driving web traffic, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to smart digital advertising strategies — this is your opportunity to shine.

As a PPC Specialist at PRG Pakistan, you’ll be responsible for managing high-impact paid campaigns on Google and Bing, with added exposure to social media marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Your work will directly support clients in the medical billing, healthcare, and finance sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to align marketing strategies
• Support content marketing, SEO efforts, and lead generation tactics
• Leverage tools and platforms for digital billing, email marketing, and branding efforts
• Participate in regular meetings with international clients and PRG leadership — excellent communication in English is a must
• Collaborate with creative teams to enhance content creation and improve online marketing outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in running Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
• Familiarity with social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is a strong advantage
• Understanding of SEO, web traffic growth, and digital tools used in small business marketing
• Bonus: Experience in the medical, dental, or billing software domain
• Strong communication and presentation skills — fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
