Operations & Chat Support Representaive

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Assistant Operations and Chat Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing real-time chat support to customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and issues, helping customers resolve problems efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or other support platforms.
• Identify customer issues quickly and provide accurate, satisfactory solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in all communications.
• Document interactions and resolutions clearly in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Assist in daily operational tasks including order processing, data entry, tracking reports, and system updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, product, tech) to resolve customer issues and operational bottlenecks.
• Monitor system performance or process flow to detect potential operational issues.
• Support the operations manager in administrative duties and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years in customer service, operations, or a related support role (preferably chat-based).
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom), and office tools (Google Workspace or MS Office).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
