Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-Site at Vairt Office)

Salary: PKR 35,000 per month

Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Person to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining office systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support for office staff (hardware, software, and network issues).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage email accounts, user permissions, and system access.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on office systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues.
• Maintain IT inventory, records, and documentation.
• Assist in setting up accounts, devices, and tools for new hires.
• Ensure security protocols are followed, including antivirus and data backup procedures.
• Liaise with external IT vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ year of IT support or helpdesk experience (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems.
• Familiarity with email clients, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday – 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
