Advocate Marketers, a marketing firm, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and manage performance-driven paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms for clients. This is a part-time onsite position based in Lahore.
Primary tasks would include:
- Planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Conducting deep audience and keyword research to define high-impact targeting strategies
- Collaborating with the team to write ad copies and managing creative assets to drive conversions
- Running A/B tests on ads, creative formats, landing pages, and funnels
- Managing budgets, bids, and performance across platforms to maximize ROAS
- Collaborating with design, content, and account teams to align paid efforts with broader strategy
- Implementing and optimizing conversion rate strategies (CRO) to improve campaign efficiency
- Working with influencer marketing partners or platforms to expand reach and acquisition
- Generating clear, insightful campaign reports with performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
- Staying updated on paid platform changes, performance trends, and new growth tactics
The ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong grasp of performance marketing principles, from targeting to CRO and influencer collaboration
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Solid skills in targeting strategy, bid management, and data-driven optimization
- Good communication and reporting skills in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in campaign execution
- Certifications like Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are a plus
