We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Website Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising (Meta Ads, Facebook Ads), as well as hands-on experience in website development using platforms like Wix and WordPress.This role requires a creative, analytical, and tech-savvy individual who can manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns while ensuring the company’s website is optimized for performance, user experience, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Develop and maintain websites using Wix and WordPress, ensuring they are responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.
• Analyze marketing data (campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, web development, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues to ensure smooth functionality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing (Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Google Ads).
• Hands-on experience in website development using Wix and WordPress.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
