Digital Marketing Manager (Advertising Focus)

Experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. Proven ability to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies. Skilled in managing large-scale ad budgets, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and programmatic networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on paid advertising and ROI optimization.
  • Manage end-to-end ad campaigns, including setup, budgeting, audience targeting, and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads to meet KPIs and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing to refine campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools to generate actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and web teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and landing page performance.
  • Stay updated with digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead or support digital marketing initiatives such as retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketers or media buyers (if applicable), fostering continuous learning and campaign excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
