About Us:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Media Marketer & SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing performance marketing, content-led campaigns, email lifecycle programs, and SEO strategies—playing a vital role in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and overall revenue performance across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and performance across paid media channels.
- Analyze and assess campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to refine and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, testing new formats, channels, tools, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge and improve campaign outcomes.
- Design, plan, and execute integrated content strategies that align with business goals, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand objectives across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams (designers, videographers, content creators) to produce high-performing digital content that resonates with the target audience.
- Build, optimize, and automate email marketing flows, including welcome series, cart abandonment, retention campaigns, and re-engagement, using tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Implement lifecycle marketing strategies, including customer segmentation, retention programs, and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive repeat purchases.
- Lead and execute SEO strategies across all site content, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, metadata optimization, and structured data implementation to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor organic search performance, collaborate with technical and content teams to optimize the website for better rankings and user experience.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs for all digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans, ensuring that all digital campaigns align with the company’s overall business objectives, product launches, and promotional schedules.
- Work closely with product, development, customer service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and gaps in the market that can be leveraged for growth.
- Drive innovation by testing and experimenting with new digital marketing channels, user flows, and creative concepts to scale marketing efforts.
- Integrate sustainability and ethical messaging into campaigns to engage with eco-conscious customers and promote the company’s sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure effective localization and regional adaptation of campaigns, content, and ads based on cultural relevance and customer preferences for target markets.
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on competitor activities and shifts in the digital marketing landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead efforts to optimize the on-site user experience, including funnel analysis, A/B testing, landing page optimizations, and customer journey improvements to boost conversion rates.
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns within deadlines and budgets, ensuring high levels of attention to detail and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance media, content strategy, SEO, and email marketing.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Advanced understanding of conversion optimization, customer journey mapping, and digital growth strategies.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams, from creative to technical, to drive results.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle e-commerce is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in managing digital marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively across channels.
- Knowledge of customer retention strategies and lifecycle marketing techniques.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
