HR Intern

Requirements:

  • Currently studying HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & Documentation
  • Help prepare offer letters, contracts, and employee records.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Maintain updated databases of new hires and interns.
  • Employee Records & HR Administration
  • Update HR systems and spreadsheets with employee information.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.
  • Assist in managing attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
  • Training & Engagement
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and team events.
  • Gather feedback from employees after training or engagement activities.
  • Support HR in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Policy & Compliance Assistance
  • Help ensure employee files comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Stay informed about basic labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • General HR Support
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR processes.
  • Assist HR team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
