Job Title: Admin Manager (Retired Army Officer Preferred)

Location: Punjab (Candidate must be willing to be deployed anywhere in Punjab as per business needs)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Retired Army Officer (Major / Lt. Col. or equivalent rank, compulsory).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of disciplined service with proven administrative/command experience.
  • Strong background in administration, security, discipline enforcement, and legal compliance.
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and Legal Procedures (Labour Courts, Arbitration, Govt. dealings).
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred but not mandatory for ex-army officers).

Key Responsibilities1. Administration & Office Management

  • Supervise and control day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
  • Ensure strict discipline, punctuality, and SOP compliance across all departments.
  • Maintain company assets, infrastructure, and facilities.

2. Legal & Labour Law Compliance

  • Handle labour law matters, trade unions, industrial disputes, and settlements.
  • Represent the company in labour courts, legal forums, and government offices.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations, employee contracts, EOBI, Social Security, etc.
  • Maintain healthy employer–employee relations to avoid disputes.

3. Security & Risk Management

  • Implement security protocols for offices, warehouses, and retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when required.
  • Manage emergency situations (strikes, protests, theft, etc.).

4. HR & Staff Management

  • Supervise recruitment of security/admin staff (guards, office boys, drivers, etc.).
  • Conduct training sessions for discipline, security, and safety protocols.
  • Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaison with government authorities, labour departments, courts, and contractors.
  • Maintain updated legal and admin documentation.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to management regarding admin, legal, and HR matters.

Skills Required

  • Strong leadership, discipline, and command presence.
  • In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws & Legal Practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Effective communication & negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
