We are seeking driven, results-oriented individuals to join our team as an E-commerce Sales Associate —a crucial client-facing role often referred to internally as a Growth Consultant .

You are an expert communicator and a strategic seller responsible for generating new sales, managing a pipeline of qualified leads, and positioning our high-performance solutions as the key to client success. Your High-Impact Responsibilities

Your daily focus will be on leveraging your sales skills and product knowledge to drive measurable revenue growth for TalentPop.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation
  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospect outreach and qualification through product demonstration, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Strategic Consulting: Act as a trusted consultant, deeply understanding prospective clients’ e-commerce challenges (e.g., cart abandonment, conversion rates) and demonstrating how our solutions solve those pain points.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Client Communication and Expertise
  • World-Class Presentation: Conduct compelling, tailored virtual presentations and product demos for decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Marketing Directors).
  • Objection Handling: Master the competitive landscape and articulate clear value propositions to effectively handle sales objections and differentiate TalentPop App.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions within our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).

What You Bring: The Sales DNA

We are looking for self-starters with a proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or a related high-pressure, goal-oriented environment.

  • Sales Experience: 1+ year of direct experience in a sales, business development, or high-level customer service role with a track record of meeting targets.
  • E-commerce Acumen: Strong familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, common platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), and digital marketing concepts.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and professional tone essential for client video calls and professional outreach.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and video conferencing tools.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated by commission, goal-driven, and thrives in an independent, remote setting where performance dictates earning potential.
