About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Listing Specialist who understands the complete lifecycle of a high-performing Amazon product listing. You will take ownership of catalog health, listing optimization, performance analysis, and competitor benchmarking. This role requires someone who can identify problems proactively, improve product rankings, and drive growth through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Revise and optimize product titles, pricing, and descriptions to improve CTR and conversions.
- Catalog management: Updating variations, merging listings, correcting attributes, and ensuring consistent catalog hygiene.
- Monitor and manage the Buy Box, implementing strategies to win or retain it.
- Resolve suppressed / inactive listings by diagnosing listing violations, attribute issues, and backend errors.
- Conduct stock analysis & reordering recommendations based on sell-through, seasonality, and forecast trends.
- Analyze competitor pricing, ensure the product remains competitively positioned.
- Keyword relevance & indexing checks (front-end + back-end search terms).
- Evaluate graphic quality vs competitors and coordinate with design team for improvements (A+ content, image stacks).
- Category mapping & listing classification to ensure correct placement and ranking.
- Monitor product rankings and adjust strategy to improve visibility.
- Optimize Shopify product pages — page titles, meta descriptions, and SEO elements.
- Assess overall listing strength and define clear improvement roadmaps.
- Identify why certain listings are underperforming, run diagnostics, and execute corrective measures.
- Weekly performance reporting on listing health, conversions, and keyword movement.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listing SEO, catalog health, suppression recovery, and buy box mechanics.
- Ability to run data-driven analysis and interpret KPIs such as CTR, sessions, conversion rate, and organic ranking.
- Deep product knowledge capabilities and ability to identify product USPs.
- Familiarity with Shopify product SEO, Google Sheets/Excel, and competitor research tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings.
- Experience working in an e-commerce environment or agency is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
