Job Summary:

Enza Home is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Specialist to lead high-value sales, provide exceptional customer service, and support the showroom team in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise in the furniture or retail industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Customer Handling

  • Engage customers, understand their furniture and décor requirements, and recommend suitable products.
  • Lead the sales process from inquiry to closing, especially for premium clients and large orders.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and manage after-sales support.

2. Showroom Leadership

  • Assist in guiding and mentoring junior sales team members.
  • Ensure showroom presentation standards are maintained at all times.
  • Support in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

3. Product Knowledge & Presentation

  • Stay updated on Enza Home products, materials, and design features.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and maintenance.
  • Provide input on visual merchandising and showroom layout improvements.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the store manager and operations team for smooth order handling and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up logs.
  • Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in furniture sales or premium retail sales (mandatory).
  • Experience handling high-end clients and large-ticket sales.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and guide client needs.
  • Good knowledge of furniture trends, materials, and interior preferences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to CRM or POS systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and the ability to work under targets.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
