Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Upwork Bidder who can generate quality leads, submit professional proposals, and secure projects for the company. The ideal candidate should also have good knowledge of other relevant social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, Facebook Pages, and Instagram to support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for suitable projects on Upwork according to company services.
- Write customized, high-quality, and professional bids/proposals.
- Maintain continuous follow-ups on bids and client chats.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and appealing manner.
- Manage and update company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other related platforms.
- Generate leads through social media and online platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team to understand service scope before bidding.
- Track, organize, and report daily bidding activities.
- Assist in creating engaging social media posts for business promotion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.
- Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms: Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to write catchy, clear, and well-structured proposals.
- Basic understanding of IT services, BPO services, Digital Marketing, or similar domains.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
- Knowledge of social media handling for lead generation is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Social media marketing knowledge.
- Basic understanding of SEO & content writing (optional).
- Strong analytical and research skills.
