Call Center Agent(US)

Brandix Soft is a leading digital solutions company, empowering businesses in the US with cutting-edge SEO, PPC, and web development services. We’re expanding our customer service team in Lahore and looking for energetic and motivated US Call Center Agents to join our night shift operations.

Job Description

As a US Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with US-based clients through outbound calls. Your goal is to resolve inquiries, provide digital marketing support, and identify opportunities for upselling services such as SEO, PPC, and web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to US clients.
• Deliver expert-level support in SEO, PPC, and website services.
• Ensure 90%+ first-call resolution rate.
• Accurately update client information in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs:
• 85%+ customer satisfaction rate
• 5+ qualified leads per day
• 98% call compliance adherence
• Identify 3–5 upselling opportunities weekly (bonus eligible)
• Educate clients about service upgrades and digital performance improvements.

RequirementsEducation

• Minimum: Matric/O-Levels
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Technical Skills

• CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of SEO and PPC is a plus

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Professional phone etiquette and emotional intelligence
• Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Lahore (On-site role)
• Availability: Must be available for night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday)
