Customer Support Officer (Female- Biotechnologists/microbiologist)

• Generate sales leads as per company-defined procedures.
• Inform customer’s regarding deals and promotions via electronic media.
• Make price quotations, tender bids, offers, agreements, sales orders, and necessary documents.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepare surveys to collect feedback from customers.
• Salary will be depend on your experience .
• Salary will also increase after probation period.

Qualification Required: BS Degree in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology.

Experience Required: Fresh Graduates

Key skills and Requirements:

• IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, E-mail drafting etc.)
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
