Digital Department
Manage and monitor all digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Prepare and schedule creative content (posts, reels, ads, stories) aligned with company goals.
- Track analytics, engagement, and campaign performance to improve results.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas.
- Ensure timely response to online inquiries received through digital platforms.
2. Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries related to travel packages, bookings, and services.
- Provide detailed travel plans and share package information with clients.
- Conduct customer calling for new leads, follow-ups, and closing of sales.
- Qualify mature leads and maintain proper records of interactions.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while dealing with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
3. Voice Over & Videos for Social Media Platforms
- Provide clear, professional, and engaging voice-over for company advertisements and videos.
- Support in script reading and voice recording for digital campaigns.
- Ensure the voice tone matches the brand image and message.
- Contribute ideas for video content and assist in execution.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communication, Media Studies, or BBA.
- Experience: 1–2 years in digital media/customer support.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident spoken English & Urdu.
- Good personality and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
- Strong digital media knowledge and customer service skills.
